Black Star Dolls is looking for independent Talent Scouts to discover and introduce new adult creators (18+) to our team.
What you'll do
- Find promising potential creators through your network and social platforms.
- Start respectful conversations and introduce interested people to Black Star Dolls.
- Help candidates understand the application process; our team handles application review.
- Work independently and focus on quality introductions.
How you're paid
This is a freelance opportunity with a base payment plus performance-based commission. You earn a one-time commission per introduced creator only after that creator is approved and starts generating revenue. There is no recurring commission. Specific payment terms are agreed individually.
Who we're looking for
Confident communicators who understand social media, work independently and approach potential creators respectfully. You must be at least 18 years old.
Creator registration required
Talent Scouts must have their own Black Star Dolls Creator registration to understand the applicant experience. You do not have to produce content or perform as a creator.
All introductions must be voluntary and involve adults aged 18 or older. No pressure, misleading earnings claims, or requests for intimate content or identification documents.
